  • Ham hock and pea terrine with picalilli with a crusty granary cob
  • Roasted pumpkin soup, spiced with cumin with toasted pumpkin seeds and rape seed oil, a warm savoury scone

Mains

  • Venison and chestnut mushroom bourguignon served with crushed new potatoes and green vegetables
  • Duo of duck – confit duck leg and seared duck brest with Singapore noodles, pak choi and teriyaki sauce
