Alway – sleeps 2
A large, self-contained apartment within the main building – with everything you need for a comfy break.
Ground floor apartment comprising:
- Fully equipped kitchen diner and lounge area
- Large king-size room
- Shower room – accessible shower with seat

- Access to utility room with washing machine and dryer
- Parking for 1 car.

Sycamore – sleeps 12 to 14
There are 6 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. Plus a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms that is best suited to children.

- Separate lounge with TV
- Six bedrooms – 5 king-size and a twin
- Entrance hall with additional seating
- Outside patio area with seating and BBQ
- Ample off-road parking.

Pets
Dogs are welcome. No single sex groups, events or parties. We are in the centre of the village, so noise to be kept to a minimum outside after 10pm.
Why stay at Lifton Hall?
Apart from being the perfect place for a Devon staycation, with everything thing you’d need to feel at home, the apartments are right next door to a cosy countryside restaurant/pub – which is just perfect if you don’t fancy cooking.
Lifton Hall is ideally positioned for touring all over the southwest, with numerous tourist attractions within an easy hour’s drive.
Take your pick from wild spaces, grand houses, delightful beaches and lots of lovely gardens. There really is so much to see and do.
Rates
Our rates vary across the year. There is a 3 night minimum that rises to 7 nights at peak times of the year.
As a guide, our 7 night rates start from:
- The Barn or Alway – from £345
- Sycamore – from £1615
Please ask for our 3, 4, 5 or 6 night rates.
We know that accidents sometimes happen but we don’t take a damage deposit. We do ask that you let us know about any issues so they can be sorted quickly. We also reserve the right to charge for any damage discovered after check-out.
