How to book

To check availability and to make a secure online booking, please go to our online booking service - just to the right of every page.

To discuss a booking and book by phone, please call us on 01566 784863.

You can also use our contact us form to discuss a booking.

Payment and deposits

Unless you're booking online, we usually take payment when you check-out. However, we will require details of a credit or debit card to secure your reservation. We don't ask for a deposit for single bookings, but for groups of three rooms or more we may ask for a deposit of £50 per room.

We accept payment in various ways - by cash or by most credit and debit cards, including American Express. Unfortunately, we can't accept Diners Club or payment by cheque.

If you're booking online, the system requires full payment in advance.

Check in/out

Check-in is any time after 3pm. If you'd like to arrive earlier than this please let us know. Although we'll try, we can't guarantee that your room will be ready before this time.

Check-out before 11am please.
