Payment and deposits
Unless you’re booking online, we usually take payment when you check-out. However, we will require details of a credit or debit card to secure your reservation. We don’t ask for a deposit for single bookings, but for groups of three rooms or more we require a deposit of £50 per room.
We accept payment in various ways – by cash, cheque, as well as most credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, we can’t accept American Express.
If you’re booking online, the system requires full payment in advance.
Check in/out Times
Check-in is any time after 3pm. If you’d like to arrive earlier than this please let us know. Although we’ll try, we can’t guarantee that your room will be ready before this time.
Check-out before 11am please.
